IMPORTANT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ

HydroNAD+ cream needs to be kept at a cold temperature to keep the product stable.  As such, please plan to pick up your package as soon as possible once it has been delivered so you can transfer it and place into a refrigerator. Also note it should not be put in a freezer or frozen.

Shipping Protocol

We pride ourselves in our ability to offer you excellent customer service and this includes shipping your items accurately and on time. We offer free shipping on every order to be sent in continental US.

Order Processing Time

It may take up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. Once processed, your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and your package can be expected to arrive in 1-3 business days depending on your location.

In order to ensure your package isn’t left sitting over the weekend and getting hot, we often do not ship out to you on Thursdays or Fridays.

Shipment confirmation and ordering tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This will contain the tracking information for your items so that you have a better idea of when to expect them to arrive. You will also receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered.  Again, please plan to pick up your package as quickly as possible after delivery.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states in the US, but free shipping only to the continental US.  

We can ship to P.O. boxes through USPS, however, please keep in mind your product needs to be refrigerated so we recommend collecting it on the same day that it’s delivered.
